We reference and have experienced what 'Color of Law' by Richard Rothstein says repeatedly and showcases in documented public record and private accounts, throughout the history of real estate in America.
In our effort to IMPACT collectively and create generational wealth, we are providing creative options for the Black community to OWN the real estate around them. The real estate in #BlackLA that is sought after for development & investment, but also redlined as high risk to lenders and undesirable when current homeowners /property owners / investors attempt to invest or appraise.
There's investment opportunities for individuals who are local, former residents, and for those who'd like to support the culture of The Historic South Central Los Angeles; the same model that is used throughout the city in other neighborhoods, and in Black communities across the nation (eg: Fifth Ward Houston).
Created to harness the power of the private sector by Joint Venture or Public Private Partnership (P3) collaboration to guide economic development and create more widely shared prosperity.
