The real estate in #BlackLA that is sought after for development & investment, but also redlined as high risk to lenders and undesirable when current homeowners /property owners / investors attempt to invest or appraise.
There's investment opportunities for individuals who are local, former residents, and for those who'd like to support the culture of The Historic South Central Los Angeles; the same model that is used throughout the city in other neighborhoods, and in Black communities across the nation (eg: Fifth Ward Houston).

Using knowledge acquired by working with various members for projects from Metro, Port Authorities, Transit Authorities, City Commissioners to Community Stakeholders, Builders and General Contractors, Steel Workers and Land Owners, and Business Owners, we've been able to leverage relationships for projects for profit and community benefit, with effective outcomes and solutions.
